Conduct a quick experiment. Used "fake door" method to quickly and cheaply asses if this feature was desirable.

Problem
• Customer needs to manually get their credit card and type in the information frequently to pay their account.
• Annoying regular manual task.
• Basic expectation digitally is to have these details saved and more easily accessed through regularly used platforms.
• Customers need to know that their cc information is being saved safely and securely

Solution
• Customer can choose to save their credit card information for future use in the account payment flow.
• Customers will be able to update. edit and maintain their cc details.
• Customers can add multiple saved credit card to their user profile which they can toggle between.
• Cards are saved and can be accessed at the user level not the account level.
Results
With a target of 3% of users to click on the link
V1 50.39% of users clicked on the link.
V2 54.11% of users clicked on the link.

Qualitative research
In combination with the quantitative research we also asked questions around saving payment methods in the Rolling study. There has been a combination of responses but adding this functionality would save a good proportion of our customers time and potentially help pay quicker with less stress.
